Booth placement is on a 1st-come, 1st-served basis, so the sooner the contracts are received the better.

- Application (all 5 pages) fill out in full and signed (Fax to 970-292-0448)
- ½ of the amount due for space requested to reserve (Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. No Cash!)
- Any special requirements requested for Electricity & Internet
- Copy of Sales tax certificate sent into the city of Loveland
- Proof of insurance
